R&D History of the Spark Ball
Let me show you how we do the research about the spark ball

At first we calculate the length of the steel with calculus and trigonometry and it’s precise in 1mm.The Spark ball becomes rounder.Our independent design meets the customized customer’s requirements.

Then we reduce the electri current33%.The power of the LEDgoes down from 0.6W to 0.4W.This program reduces the luminous decay guaranteed longer life & brightness.

The third, the power supply uses dual capacitor solution increase Overload protection function.It perfectly pass 100V to 260V wide voltage test .We install the 36W power adapter to 20W spark ball. It works in less than 60% of the load environment.


The fourth, to ensure the life of the power ,Stell sheet is an important part.So it upgrades from matte manganese to double-sided 8K mirror steel.
The spark ball looks more grade and texture.

We have the steel hard processing, So the ball had super elasticity and compressive ability

We finally found that first generation is three-sided lighting, the steel still blocks the light source. So we try to upgrade the processing technology. A 6mm steel upgrade to 4mm and processing a 3.4 mm hole on 4mm steel. The second generation successfully assembled and power on,we know this spark ball is what we love


After second generation spark ball is design ,we redesign the circuit.The third generation not only has three-sided led but also has dual led in every side. The third generation with three-sided lighting & dual led solution, it looks like the moment of fireworks blooming
