R&D Journey of the Light Cube Crystal Chandelier
Initially, we drew inspiration from the staggered silhouettes of city skylines, aiming to break free from the flat form of traditional chandeliers.
The R&D team constructed a modular three-dimensional structure using metal frames, with precisely calculated geometric proportions to create a visually rhythmic, layered effect for the fixture.
Next, we experimented with embedding LED beads and crystal pendants into the frame. After over ten optical tests, we adjusted the spacing of the LED beads and the cutting angles of the crystals, ultimately achieving a soft diffusion effect as warm light passes through the crystals.
During the structural optimization phase, we selected high-tensile suspension wires with adjustable joints to ensure the fixture remains balanced and stable in any space.
This chandelier finally takes shape as a 'floating light cube', allowing architectural sensibility and light-shadow aesthetics to blend naturally within the space.
